Melany has practised predominately in the areas of building and construction, commercial litigation and dispute resolution.  Melany has extensive experience in conducting complex construction disputes, large-scale contractual, negligence and insolvency matters as well as trade practices matters including misleading and deceptive conduct.

Melany represents a broad range of clients from the individual and small businesses to bodies corporate, insolvency practitioners and corporate entities.  She has extensive experience in all Queensland tribunals and Courts but particularly the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland.  Melany also has experience in mediating commercial outcomes for clients where possible.
