I have successfully appeared as a solicitor advocate on numerous applications, often against opposing counsel, including King’s Counsel in the Supreme Court. My experience extends to instructing Junior Counsel and King’s Counsel in the District Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal, as well as running multiple trials and hearings in lower courts and QCAT.
