John Forde joined Gibbs Wright Litigation Lawyers in August 2021 and was appointed special counsel. Since becoming a solicitor in 2004, John has practised almost exclusively in commercial litigation. He has advised clients and conducted litigation on their behalf in a variety of matters including breaches of trust and fiduciary duties, partnership and joint venture break-ups, finance and contractual disputes, and litigation concerning deceased estates and body corporate disputes.
